Two different things you might want, so here's both.
Open Legwork and disconnect your Meta account, or remove Legwork from Meta's Business Integrations settings. Either one revokes our access token immediately and we can no longer see or change anything on your ad account. We delete the stored token. Your campaigns keep running on Meta — disconnecting doesn't pause them, so pause them in Ads Manager if that's what you want.
Email support@runlegwork.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data, or use the delete option in your Legwork account settings. We'll confirm, then erase your access token, your uploaded and generated files, your campaign and performance history, and your account record. It's done within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Two things we can't do for you: we can't delete the campaigns themselves from Meta — those live on your ad account and are yours to remove in Ads Manager — and we have to keep billing records where the law requires it.
Requests to see, export or correct your data go to the same address, and we answer them the same way.
